1. Eligibility

• 18+ years of age or ordering on behalf of a registered business
• Valid identity and business details for credit facility
• Accurate delivery address with proper access for heavy vehicles

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices in INR, inclusive of GST unless stated
• Prices subject to change based on market rates (especially cement, steel, sand)
• Quoted prices valid for 48 hours unless market fluctuation clause applies
• Product images are for reference; actual appearance may vary
• We reserve right to refuse any order

3. Ordering

• Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website form
• Verbal orders confirmed via WhatsApp/text are binding
• We may require advance payment for new customers
• Credit facility available for approved customers (KYC required)

4. Payment

• Cash, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, Cheque (for approved customers)
• Advance payment: 50% at order, 50% before delivery (standard terms)
• Credit terms: 7-30 days as per agreement (for approved customers)
• We do NOT store card details

5. Delivery

• Delivery within 24-48 hours for in-stock items
• Delivery charges extra, based on distance and weight
• Customer must ensure site access for heavy vehicles
• Unloading is customer’s responsibility unless arranged separately
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, strikes, or government restrictions
• Delivery at ground floor only; additional charges for upper floors

6. Quality & Warranty

• All products are genuine from authorized manufacturers
• Manufacturing defects covered under brand warranty
• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Minor variations in color/texture in tiles, sand are natural and not defects

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Damaged/wrong items: report within 48 hours with photos
• Return accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong delivery
• No returns for: cement once opened, custom-cut materials, materials used partially
• Return shipping/collection at our cost for valid claims

8. Credit Facility Terms

• Available only for contractors/builders with valid business registration
• KYC mandatory: Aadhaar, PAN, GST registration, business proof
• Credit limit and terms decided at our sole discretion
• Overdue payments: 2% per month interest applicable
• We reserve right to suspend credit for overdue accounts

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays/non-performance due to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemic, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content is our property. “Swastik Enterprises” and logo are our trademarks. Brand names displayed are trademarks of respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Total liability ≤ order value
• Not liable for indirect, consequential damages

1. Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch: Free cancellation, full refund within 3-5 business days
• After dispatch: Cancellation not possible; follow return process

2. Return Eligibility

• Cement bags once opened/seal broken

4. Refund Process

• Report issue within 48 hours with photos
• Our team will inspect (physical or via photos)
• If approved: replacement or refund
• Refund method: Same as payment; 5-10 business days for bank transfer
• Deductions: Return transport cost if not our fault

5. Advance Refund

3. Delivery Charges

4. Vehicle Types

• Mini Truck (Tata Ace): Small orders, city delivery

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure site has proper road access for heavy vehicles
• Arrange unloading labor (unless pre-arranged with us)
• Someone must be present at site to receive delivery
• Check materials before accepting delivery
• Report any issues immediately at delivery time

6. Unloading Service

• Available on request at additional cost
• Cement bag unloading: ₹3-5 per bag (based on floor)
• Steel unloading: ₹500-1000 per MT
• Must be requested at time of order

7. Delays & Non-Delivery

• Not responsible for delays due to: rain, strikes, government orders, road closures
• In case of non-delivery: full refund or reschedule
• Customer will be informed of delays proactively

8. Damage During Transit

• Check materials at delivery — count broken/cracked items
• Note issues on delivery receipt before signing
• Claims after signing without noting issues may not be accepted
